Robert was assumed as a Partner of HBJ-GW in 2006, having been a senior in house solicitor with BT for the previous 14 years.  Robert leads the firm’s employment capability in its Glasgow office, specialising in all aspects of employment law with a particular emphasis on contentious matters.

Robert is a very experienced employment law litigator and appears regularly in the Employment Tribunal and EAT throughout the UK in a wide range of cases, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract claims. 

Robert is also a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and speaks regularly at seminars on employment law.
