Shelagh McKenzie is a solicitor specialising in employment law and is based in our Edinburgh office. She advises on a variety of employment issues such as the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, absence management, discipline and grievance procedures and drafting employee handbooks and workplace policies. She is also involved in advising on contentious matters, including unfair and constructive dismissal. She has a particular interest in discrimination law and has advised on claims arising out of the equal pay, sex, age, race, religion and belief discrimination legislation. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Discrimination Law Association.
