Elaine trained with the Firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2005 specialising in employment and health and safety work.

Elaine has experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work including transaction work involving mergers and acquisitions, policy development, Tribunal litigation and advocacy, TUPE claims, discipline and grievance issues, discrimination claims, redundancy and restructuring programmes.

In the health and safety arena Elaine also has experience in attending cautioned interviews and coroners inquests and defending criminal proceedings for breach of health and safety law.
